Both routes stay under 4 kilometres and contain no steep gradients.
The Shoreditch Trust runs a free Saturday morning skills session at 9.30 a.m. on the park’s grass field for children aged five to ten, supplying balance bikes and helmets. Nearby, the Cycle Training UK programme based at the Britannia Leisure Centre offers two-hour beginner group rides every Wednesday evening for £8 per adult, with child places included at no extra charge.
